The purpose of Embury UMW is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive Fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in global ministries of the church.

We meet on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM, either at a private home or the Fellowship Hall at the church.

Our primary fundraiser for our mission projects, both at home and abroad, is our annual Christmas in the Forest Bazaar.

It is held each year on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Holiday crafts, gift items, baked goods, and holiday casseroles are available for sale, setting the tone for holiday festivities.

We also have a Soup Luncheon and other fundraisers throughout the year.

We occasionally have weekend road trips just for Fun & Fellowship.

In December, we have our annual Christmas Luncheon in lieu of a scheduled meeting.
